Meet Simon Kamau
Simon is in his third year of secondary school, who enjoys Kiswahili, spending time with friends, and dancing. He dreams of becoming a professional dancer one day.
After his parents separated, Simon experienced physical and emotional abuse in his mother’s new home. He was denied food and support for his education and was eventually forced to leave. Simon was welcomed into Rapha Community Centre, where he now has a safe, caring home and the opportunity to continue his education. Your sponsorship will help provide the stability, care, and encouragement he needs to build a brighter future.
Each child can be supported by up to four sponsors, with sponsorship beginning at $39 per month. You may choose one or more sponsorship shares—or fully sponsor a child for $156 per month.
Sponsors receive at least three letters each year and have opportunities to write to their sponsored child and build a meaningful connection. We are also excited to introduce a new feature: personalized video updates from your sponsored child!
